Evie Cessair (b. 1998, Kingsland, Georgia) is a watercolor and acrylic artist whose work centers her experience living with bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

While struggling with derealization and dissociation in her teens, Cessair began to explore portraiture as a way to document and share her explorations of herself, her relationships, and her place in the world. Cessair continued her work as a self-taught artist while attending college.

Evie Cessair is based in Rockville, Maryland.
